Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency to drive cost savings and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, enabling informed decision-making and continuous optimization.
• Project Management: Lead and execute supply chain projects, ensuring timely completion, effective resource allocation, and successful implementation of solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams, to align strategies, share best practices, and achieve operational excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and sustain continuous improvement practices, such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to drive a culture of efficiency and innovation within the supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3years of experience in supply chain management or operational excellence roles, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Project Management: Experience managing cross-functional projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proven experience in implementing and sustaining continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
