We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical installation
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system
• Monitor tenants' fit-out works
• Handle enquiries on all related issues and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
• Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
• Excellent communication skill; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
