Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to both internal and external parties
- Provide support on the issuance of certificate and registration letter
- Responsible for scheduling of audit or assessment jobs
- Regularly reach out to clients via phone calls to discuss their needs, address queries, and provide personalized assistance
- Focus on client retention by delivering exceptional service and maintaining satisfaction
- Follow up on the promotion regarding the new services to existing and targeted clients
Competencies
- Diploma/ HKDSE or above
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in customer service field
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook and Chinese Word-processing
- Good Command in Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Detail oriented, team player and able to work under pressure
*2-year Contract will be offered to suitable candidate.
