Job Descriptions

• Responsible for daily operation of online store, including order handling, customer services, product assortment and listing, etc.;
• Coordinate with warehouse team in order to complete the customer orders timely;
• Work closely with marketing team on product shooting and preparation of marketing materials; and
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, e-Commerce, or related disciplines;
• Relevant experience is an advantage;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Instagram and Facebook;
• Basic knowledge in Adobe CS, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferable; and
• Self-motivated, positive, attentive to details, good team player with can-do attitude.
• Less experience will be considered as Online Store Assistant
