JUST FEEL Assistant Project Manager (Research)

Full-Time, 1-year contract 

Main Purpose of the Position

The appointee will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the JUST FEEL Research and Development department in research-related events and departmental research projects. The appointee will mainly focus on collecting quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure and analyse impact of JUST FEEL Compassionate School programme and provide guidance on programme's continuous improvement and development.

The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the high possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Qualification

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree plus at least one-year post-qualification working experience or a Master’s Degree, in psychology, counselling or other closely relevant areas.  Expertise and experience in educational psychology research and a good research track record are highly desirable.

They should have the abilities and willingness to support colleagues in the Department in developing and running research studies, and in producing research outputs. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); be communicative, attentive to details, and self-motivated. 

Remuneration

Salary will be 19-21k / month, depending on experience and qualifications. 

Fringe benefits include 20 days annual leave, medical and dental benefits.
