Your role within the organization will focus on the Accounts Payable (AP) side. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Sai Ying Pun.

While there is a focus on AP, you will also be able to experience AR and various responsibilities, such as: 

• Partner commission bills
• Expense notes 
• Payments to suppliers
• Bank reconciliation
• Petty cash 
• Perform accounts reconciliation activities
• Work on month-end and year-end closing 
• Make recommendations to improve existing processes or put new processes in place
• Assist with financial audits 
• Ad-hoc tasks as required 

MUST HAVE
 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• A very strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
• Fluent in English. Cantonese would be a plus
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Experience of being in contact / working with sales or other internal and external teams
• Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility
