Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive questionnaires and analytical solutions aimed at gathering customer insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement in the health insurance and provision businesses.
• Analyze customer data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience, identifying areas of improvement and potential opportunities for innovation.
• Assist in the execution of effective customer programs to promote customer centric culture across all levels within the organisation
• Assist the production of presentations and reports on customer excellence initiatives to share findings, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Assist to conduct in-depth customer research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methodologies to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, pain points, and expectations.
• Deliver customer experience related projects
• Other duties as required by Director and Head of Customer Excellence

Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent disciplines 
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in market research/ customer experience/ insights is a plus
• Excellent customer orientation mindset and ability to respond to different types of customers
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of customer experience analysis approaches and methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, well organized, detailed-minded and able to multi-task under pressure
