Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle and follow up of account opening documents
  • Manage and update clients database
  • Provide quality and professional services to internal and external customers
  • Handle clients' inquiries and complaints via telephone, email or face-to-face with professional manner
  • Prepare reports and statistics for Management review
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Degree Holder with relevant customer service experience
  • Holder of Representative License of RA 1 with SFC is highly preferred
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
