DNA Recruit Partners is now partnering with a top-tier private lifestyle club to hire multiple Customer Relations Officers, the roles will have to maintain high level and exceptional level of customer service to VIPs, ensure their satisfaction towards club services.

- Ensure Lounge operations and member satisfaction by maintaining a strong presence and high visibility during service hours.
- Foster strong relationships with club members, promoting repeat visits and maintaining records of member profiles and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the club, including procurement activities and general operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- At least 2 years solid experience in luxury retail brand or 5-star hotels or high end private clubs
- Experience in hospitality or flight attendant
- Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about innovative services
- Bilingual Communication is necessary
- Strong customer service, telephone, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of creativity to conceptualize and implement new programs / services
