About the Role

Help strengthen the brand of AIA Hong Kong and Macau, this candidate will act as a brand guardian to execute the integrated marketing campaign, ensuring marketing deliverables are in line with Brand Guidelines. This position will need to independently implement effective integrated marketing and social media campaigns to promote AIA brand, customer-centric products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and track key metrics.
  • Create platform native, engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Manage content calendars and gatekeep posting schedules.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Solutions, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies as needed.
  • Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices with the strategic media partners. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the social media space.
  • Review marketing and customer communication materials for internal stakeholders to ensure all materials adhere to Brand Guidelines
  • Provide Branding training and guidance for all internal stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc projects, urgent tasks, and administrative supports
  • Accomplish projects/ initiatives in the prescribed timeline and budget, and with the pre-set standards, corporate guidelines, compliance requirement and management direction
  • Collaborate with agencies including creative agency and media agency; other vendors including design houses, event companies, production houses and printers. Ensure their deliverables are of high-quality standard at good value

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing especially social media management, preferably from financial institutions with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Strong understanding of target audience, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
  • Capacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing trends and platform algorithms.
  • Understanding of Brand Guidelines, and reputation management in the social media sphere.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide the social media agency.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and XHS) and their respective advertising tools. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content
  • Ability to analyse social media metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
