Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and web chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, working closely with our retail colleagues and internal departments.
- Perform daily operations of e-commerce platforms by monitoring and maintaining them.
- Analyze online sales, traffic, and performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations for management review.
- Perform a combination of administrative duties of a general nature to support the departments.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or more, preferably in back-office support for retail operations.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Team-player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
