Responsibilities: 

Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Procurement team;

Close liaison with project team and intensive follow-up with vendors and factories to ensure completion of orders;

Process the orders from sourcing and quotation to the final shipment;

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years experiences in purchase-to-pay processes;

Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin;

Good PC Skills like MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing;

Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn;

Immediate available is highly preferred.
