DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Senior Engagement Officer is responsible and accountable for all operations related to ‘Communal Lounge Services’
• Meet up with lounge guests arriving or departing and assisting, welcome procedure / bid farewell. 
• To ensure that the Communal Lounge related area is clean and tidy, supplied with good quality and sufficient according to the hotel’s standard.
•  To ensure a standard of service, with an emphasis on guest engagement, and to ensure staff are adequately trained to supply such service.
• To co-operates; co-ordinates and communicates with other departments as required.
•  Personally handle guest enquiries and follow through accordingly.
• Establish good public relations with all the Communal Lounge guests.
• Assist guests with proper usage of any equipment. 

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES

• F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• With 1 to 2 years of similar working experience in the hotel industry.
• Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Able to work overnight would be an advantage.
