Job Description 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate the operation of our offline flash sales in our Quarry Bay Showroom and the opening of our pop-up store in Kowloon. You will support the offline event execution including stock selection, floor space optimization (storage, merchandising), vendor management, sales report and stock movements from our Quarry Bay showroom and Warehouses.

What we will trust you with: 

  • Report to the Operations Manager and organize weekly flash sales in pop up and showroom
  • Manage stock arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control
  • Provide full spectrum retail operational guidance to the floor team in their daily execution (from inbound to set-up to outbound) to ensure that all procedures are in line with brand standards
  • Prepare daily sales reports and reporting materials for brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments for event preparation and operation system enhancement
  • Provide advise regards to stock selection and coordinate stock movements/collection based on optimal allocation
  • Coordinate with vendors and property management to provide event support at our showroom and pop-up store
  • Lead training sessions and review Standard Operation Procedures to improve our efficiency and assist the team in providing the best service to our members and brand partners
  • Potentially support other markets with offline events
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
     

What it takes: 

  • 3 years of experience in retail operations  
  • Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands / customers / teams 
  • Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills 
  • Flexible and able to work across departments in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill 
  • Excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint
