What You'll Do:

• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of CRM strategies/ programmes to acquire, grow and nurture customers
• Manage and share weekly updates on CRM initiatives and communication calendar 
• Lead and execute CRM client engagement and member retention including planning, budgeting, communication, onsite support and set up
• Responsible for market intelligence, competitor research, data analysis and reportson the CRM events and providing valid ideas for the brand
• Proactively work on improving data capture in multiple ways including partnerships and social channels
• Analyze VIP profiles, campaign performances and market trend to enhance the effectiveness and optimize the customer journey

Who You Are:

• A degree holder in marketing, communications, or related discipline
• Digital savvy, 3+ years of relevant CRM experience and preferably with a B2C focus. Loyalty programme management and implementation is a plus.
• Experience working with marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management experience is preferred.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and able to work according to defined schedules and deadlines.
• A highly motivated, proactive, creative, and dynamic team player who has a can-do spirit.
