Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, petty cash, expense claims, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in AP processes, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic vendor statement reconciliations and maintain effective communication with vendors.
- Handle a range of Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, such as AR entries, ageing reporting, and customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, with a focus on fixed asset registration and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
