Job Description
Our client is a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government, they are currently seeking an Assistant, Company Secretariat to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare Board and Committee meetings, including the coordination of date and time of meetings with all relevant Board members
- Draft meeting agenda, papers, minutes and resolutions
- Assist in the processing and settlement of legal and secretariat services bills
- Update and maintain statutory filings and corporate records of the subsidiary companies
- Handle and address enquiries from colleagues regarding corporate secretariat matters
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years’ administrative or secretarial experience in sizable corporations
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
