Job Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits and recruitment & selection
• Oversee and handle the compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll processing, MPF, salaries tax filing, medical insurance renewal exercise and salary review exercise
• Responsible for HRIS maintenance and system enhancement projects. Liaise with related parties and vendors to conduct the system implementations and upgrades
• Assist in recruitment process including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement and on-board arrangement
• Prepare reports and management review reports to highlight and analyses business performance
• Facilitate the exit process and ensure the leavers are handled properly. Conduct exit interviews and review staff turnover 
• Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in HR field 
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance
• Be a good team member, with independent, attention to details, flexible and positive thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with colleagues across all levels
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office and word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
