Job Description
Our client is a multinational corporation established decades ago from Europe. Their HK office located in Hong Kong Island (10 minutes walking distance from MTR stn).
Job Responsibilities:
- Solid experience in office supplies purchasing; pantry groceries; office equipment; electrical appliances; managing mailing orders; courier services; document storage, and maintain good records of office assets
- Support boutique fire services ordering / installation / annual inspection In charge of musical license application / renew
- Responsible for telephone / data line / broadband line application and installation in boutique
- Manage printing of company letterheads, name cards, and invoices from layout to finished products for office and boutique
- Supervise regular office cleaning, aircon / carpet / sump pump / water dispenser cleaning and pest control
- Experience in office facilities maintenance and minor office renovation task
- Liaison with the Building Management Office on daily cleaning schedules and requests
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager, e.g. support corporate Christmas party, annual dinner, etc
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above educated
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 5 years or above relevant work experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
