Job Description

Our client is a multinational corporation established decades ago from Europe. Their HK office located in Hong Kong Island (10 minutes walking distance from MTR stn).  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience in office supplies purchasing; pantry groceries; office equipment; electrical appliances; managing mailing orders; courier services; document storage, and maintain good records of office assets
  • Support boutique fire services ordering / installation / annual inspection In charge of musical license application / renew
  • Responsible for telephone / data line / broadband line application and installation in boutique
  • Manage printing of company letterheads, name cards, and invoices from layout to finished products for office and boutique
  • Supervise regular office cleaning, aircon / carpet / sump pump / water dispenser cleaning and pest control
  • Experience in office facilities maintenance and minor office renovation task
  • Liaison with the Building Management Office on daily cleaning schedules and requests
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager, e.g. support corporate Christmas party, annual dinner, etc

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above educated
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • 5 years or above relevant work experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
