Responsibilities :
 

• Prepare budget estimate and coordinate with client and sub-contractors;
• Participate in various HVAC system upgrading or alternation projects;
• Prepare maintenance strategies and task plans to create an effective site preventive maintenance program;
• Continuously improve the site maintenance program by applying principles and methods of Reliability Centered Maintenance;
• Lead investigation and problem-solving teams. Track progress through resolution and completion of action plans;
• Establish and manage incident review and escalation processes;
• Maintains budgets and expenses to achieve cost control;
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all work performed;
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements;
• Participate in the daily project meeting with the customer and prepare relevant documents;

Requirements :
 

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years or above in the same industry experiences
• Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player;
• Immediately available is an advantage.
