Maintenance Division

The Job:

• Responsible for human resources duties including the monitoring of the payment of wages and MPF contributions
• Handle employee relations issues
• Provide on-site support in relation to human resources and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred
• At least 1 year's full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation
• Good computer knowledge, preferably with experience in the operation of a computerized smart-card system
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
