Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Quality management system setup and implementation, developing and aligning the quality standards, test plans, and quality assurance procedures
• Conduct training on SOP and support offshore facilities in the quality best practices sharing
• Assist in the quality issues investigation and facilitate the improvement projects
• Monitor the quality-related KPIs and the performance trend, seeking savings from quality and efficient enhancement
• Monitor the quality and services performance for strategic programs, to increase customer satisfaction
• Perform internal quality audits to offshore facilities and ensure the sites comply with the standard operations procedures
• Ad hoc assignment related to industry regulations, customer requirements, corporate initiatives, or strategic programs

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quality Engineering and Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience as QA in manufacturing or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point, and Chinese word processing
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Responsible, self-initiative, working independently and under pressure, able to meet tight deadline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
