Alyssa Group Limited, a leading player in the Medical Beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As the Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand recognition. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
• Monitor and manage social media channels and engage with the audience
• Collaborate with team on online marketing initiatives
• Support the design team in creating visually appealing marketing materials
• Maintain and organize marketing databases
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry, experience in the beauty industry is highly preferable
• Strong communication skills in both Cantonese 
• Knowledge in image and video editing/graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills with a can-do attitude
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
