Job Description

Responsibilities:- 

• Responsible for the settlement operations of OTC derivatives with Hong Kong and global markets underlying. Settlement of futures contracts and securities may also be required;
• Liaise with brokers, collect relevant data and co-operate with stakeholders to prepare accurate daily and monthly valuation statements on time;
• Perform daily trade and cash reconciliation, SI, corporate actions, IPO, placement, etc;
• Handle administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: - 

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry;
• Sense of responsibility, detail-minded, willing to learn, able to stick to timeframe;
• Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; 
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Clerk.
