Responsibilities:

• Supported the F&M supervisor in FM (Facilities Management), Building Services and Plant Maintenance on HVAC, Compressor Air and Electrical systems
• Follow up the renovation projects and liaise with technical consultants and contractors
• Handle enquiries about office maintenance works
• Coordinate regular and emergency repair and maintenance works (E&M) for Tsing Yi Office

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Higher Diploma with relevant working experience may also be considered
• Software knowledge in CAD, CFD will be an advantage
• 5 working days per week, holiday rotation work is required
