Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with brands/sellers owners and representatives. 
• Analyse accounts performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts performance and achieve targets.
• Educating sellers on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign, market insights.
• Resolve sellers-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders. 
• Assist in the brand acquisition process by researching and identifying potential new sellers. 
• Support in new seller onboarding journey, including account registration, guiding sellers through the process, create & update  seller educational material.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in e-commerce or business will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). 
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised and able to carry out tasks independently.
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment 1-3 years of experience in Key Account or Business Development would be a plus.
• Candidate with more experience, will be considered to a more senior role.
