About the role:

• Develop the annual safety production work plan for the company, support the subsidiary companies in developing their annual safety production plans, and oversee the implementation of various safety production tasks throughout the year according to the plan
• Assist and guide various departments and subsidiary companies in improving their emergency response plans and regularly organize drills
• Assist in improving the facilities and equipment of the company's office locations and stores to comply with safety and health standards and regulations set by regulatory authorities
• Implement the company's safety management requirements, conduct periodic safety inspections and self-assessments, and establish a system for safety production work records
• Coordinate with the building management office of the company to prearrange relevant emergency work, such as flood season and typhoon preparedness, and supervise service providers in the company's office locations to ensure compliance with safety production service requirements, such as cleaning companies and plant service providers
• Coordinate and communicate with departments and external organizations to fulfill various safety production tasks and prepare summary reports assigned by superior departments
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Diploma or relevant experience in the field
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and written communication skills
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Possession of relevant safety production qualifications
• Strict adherence to confidentiality guideline
• Familiarity with policies and regulations related to fire safety, electrical safety, construction safety, environmental safety, etc.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to travel frequently
