Job Description

Our client “PERI (Hong Kong) Limited” is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their company! 

 

 

What you’ll be doing? 

 

Customer Service:

  • Create, follow up, and perform changes of orders, check material availability, and reserve materials.
  • Plan delivery and follow up on back orders, create invoices timely, and coordinate on-site supervision.
  • Handle complaints and coordinate materials return, book returning materials in a timely and accurate manner, and invoice repair/scrap.
  • Clear open invoices and support in the close-out meeting and payment collection.
  • Follow up invoicing and customer enquires

Logistics:

  • Oversee all aspects of product shipment and delivery to guarantee timely arrivals.
  • Communicate with warehouse and transportation partners to enhance logistics operations.
  • Implement and uphold efficient logistics processes to streamline operations.
  • Organize local transportations and handle overseas shipments to Hong Kong.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and all PERI subsidiaries.
     

 

 

Who are they looking for? 

 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in construction industry (preferred in Formwork & Scaffolding industry)
  • 2 years’ experience in customer facing role, preferably sales functions
  • Basic understanding of engineering knowledge and local practices
  • Systematic thinking, Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Pro-active and pragmatic mindset
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
