Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the buying team in all aspects during the buying process for designated portfolio
- Liaise closely with vendors on purchase orders / proforma invoice checking, shipment / delivery follow up as well as merchandise samples coordination and any other product info updates
- Keep track of merchandise details by inputting and maintaining PO data on system in a timely manner as well prepare basic merchandising reports
- Communicate with store team regularly on shipment info, price change, sale period and any other updates in order to support the sale front end
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, communications departments etc. on required product information updates

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Textile / Fashion Design or other related discipline
- Relevant working experience in customer service, liaison with multiple vendors, administrative support in shipping / logistics etc.
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Attentive to details, good interpersonal and organization skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
- Numbers-Driven with excellent Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
