Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the market, generate new business, and expand the customer base.
Identify and prioritize target accounts and industries, and develop sales plans and tactics to effectively reach potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of IT solutions.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's IT solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., sales management, CRM) are a plus.
Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in sales management or team leadership is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services, including hardware, software, networking, cloud computing, and security.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close deals.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and developing sales professionals.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
