Job Summary:
This role is a regional-level role based in Hong Kong. The job holder will play an essential role in boosting our eCommerce businesses, backing the development of SEM, Social Media, Programmatic, etc., throughout the HK & CN regions to achieve GMV and ROI growth across channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support in operating SEM platforms and optimizing overall , such as Meta, Google, Yahoo, Baidu, Xiaohongshu for respective regions
- Analyzing and evaluating the performance trend and providing feasible recommendations for maximizing quarter GMV & revenue
- Coordinating with business teams in different regions on media buying, campaign arrangements, and budget allocation to reach the business objectives
- Sourcing and Identifying potential channel partners to enhance GMV and revenue uplift for the regions
- Generating regular reports of paid trend analysis to keep BUs aware of the performance and media strategies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holders in Marketing or Business Analytic related disciplines.
- Possesses 2- 3 year of hands-on experience on key marketing platforms, with agency experience is adding value but not necessary.
- Familiar with SEM, Social Media Marketing in both China and Hong Kong market.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and tracking tools. e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Mixpanel, Tableau.
- Proficiency in MS Excel applications, e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.
- Good understanding of paid marketing landscape and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A good team player and goal achiever, able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Traditional Chinese and Cantonese, fluency in English
