Job Description

• Provide administrative support for marketing related duties, including prepare marketing and communication materials
• Support the internal and external organization events, including seminars, expos, conferences and training etc. 
• Assist in regular online marketing for various channels, including social media, website, email etc.
• Assist in overall office administration and daily operations
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Degree / diploma holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
