We are an Electric Vehicle retailer, Oriental Swan Motor Group Limited, a showroom was setup in Kowloon Bay. We are now looking for high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records (including book-keeping, office general expenses/ petty cash);
• Issue invoice/receipt/delivery notes to customers; maintain customer payment status; 
• Support office/showroom for general administration and clerical works; 
• Assist for vehicle license issuance arrangement for customers; 
• Perform as-hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

• Experience in bookkeeping, full-set accounting preferable; 
• Proficient in word, excel; 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Detail oriented, well organized; and independent.
