Job Responsibilities:

• To provide sales administration support to the Sales Team
• To liaise closely with the sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including order processing and logistics arrangement
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties
• To handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with a minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility  
• Must be self-motivated & hard-working
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
