Responsibilities

Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer experience and boutique tour 

Maximize the sales of products, by achieving boutique sales target

Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service

Requirements

Experience in luxury retail or hospitality 

Experience in whisky/spirits industry is not necessary

Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Cheerful, self motivated with excellent customer service oriented mindset

Term player with good interpersonal competences and empathy

Evidence of strong focus on Customer Service,

Hong Kong permanent residents
