Your role:

• Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
• Review the strategic talent acquisition plan based on the current and future business expansion of the Group
• Implement the Human Resources Management Systems to meet current and future needs; collaborating with the IT department and external vendors
• Handle personnel administration, benefits administration and insurances related issues
• Develop working program and review HR policies when needed to support company growth
• Lead and guide the team members to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Manage and implement ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
• 10 years solid relevant working experience, at least 5 years in managerial level and factory management is highly preferred
• Experience in HRIS Implementation is a must
• Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
• Attentive to details, sensitive in number, independent and good team-player
• Good analytical skills, multi-tasking, positive mindset, mature, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
