Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support in payroll calculation, update and maintain personnel, leave and attendance records in the HR Management System
- Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials
- Prepare reports and analysis for management review
- Provide general administrative supports
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Good manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office application, HR software, familiar with Chinese word processing
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility as well as good time management
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
