Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (sky100) is located on the 100th floor of International Commerce Centre (ICC), the tallest building in Hong Kong. At 393 metres above sea level, it is the only indoor observation deck in Hong Kong offering 360-degree views of the territory and its famous Victoria Harbour.

 

Major Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent services to visitors and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the observation deck including guest relations, ticketing, giftshop sales and event assistant
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

Deck Operations

  • Tickets selling and tickets redemption.
  • Customers’ greeting and crowd control.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries about sky100 facilities, attractions, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain log files e.g. sales, receipts, reservations, repair activities and incidents reports.

Giftshop Operations
 

  • Interact with customers to encourage sales and answer questions about products and prices.
  • Retail POS operations including process of running and manage day-to-day activities as well as the storefront and back-office procedures.

Events Operations

  • Assist in monitoring events’ move-in and move-out activities.
  • Crowd control during event period
  • Perform other related events’ duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel and Tourism Management
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Flexible, proactive and customer service oriented
  • Shift duty, weekend and public holidays is required
  • Willing to work at different locations within the deck
