Summary:

In-house IT Support/ IT Coordinator role with an engineering company. You will be part of APAC's region IT team and be responsible for providing IT support to internal users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support to internal users, including PC, hardware/ software, WiFi, servers, and network connectivity
• Collaborate with external IT vendors on system maintenance and troubleshoot
• Assist IT Manager with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• With 2+ years' work experience in IT support/ helpdesk position
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese language skills
