Responsibilities 

• Assist Brand Manager to plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goal
• Create winning strategy in terms of building top-of-mind brand awareness riding on consumer insights; engage consumers and create excellent customer experience through different digital channels and over Gratus 
• Lead a team of search, social, influencer marketers to develop new customer acquisition strategy and activation campaign, managing the whole marketing funnel to meet business results objectives
• Foster communication with Gratus team and front line therapists on brand value, promotions, campaigns and offers to grow a community of active customers
• Explore new opportunities to drive business growth including but not limited to strategic partnership and joint promotion

Skills & Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of experience in product/ brand management with solid acquisition and CRM strategy from consumer brands preferably from FMCG, beauty, hospitality industries
• Strong lead generation track record and digital marketing skillsets including SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing
• Passionate, agile and highly efficient
• Multi-tasking, meticulous and organized
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
