Your role:

• Responsible for design, development, and maintenance of frontend and backend in-house tools
• Initiative to identify and troubleshoot the technical problems
• Analyze requirements and prepare reports for automation
• Create process flowchart, documentation and provide ongoing support to internal users

 To succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
• Experience in MS Excel / MS Access / VBA / Report Automation
• Knowledge in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of DB design in MYSQL or MSSQL will be an advantage
• Attention to details and usability
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
