Our client, one of the world’s most prestigious watches & jewelry brands, is looking for a Store Operations Executive to support its Flagship boutique in prime location.

Responsibilities

• Report to Boutique Director
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as well as front-line team
• Assist in preparing various sales and management reports
• Liaise between marketing, product and logistics departments
• Liaise with shop and vendor for daily shop repair and maintenance
• Coordinate with internal parties and ensure efficient stock and inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
• Manage defective merchandise and handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Coordinate regular meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials and minutes
• Support retail team in preparation of work plan concerning activities connected with store openings, closing and renovation
• Support other administrative matters such as ordering of uniforms, packaging and stationery, creating purchase orders, etc.
• Other ad hoc tasks upon request

Requirements

• Degree holder in business, marketing or related discipline
• Solid experience in retail administration and operation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Good numerical sense, strong analytical and organization skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to manage multi-tasks independently and timely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, customer oriented and detail-minded
