Your new role
Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the Finance team to succeed in all finance functions, including financial control and operations, regulatory review and finance projects
• Oversee the responsibilities of financial reporting, group reporting, framework control, financial analysis, and project management
• Maintain company policies and handle the implementation of new policies
• Handle analytical review of business results and operations
• Take charge of finance business-partnering with C-suites and Senior Management
• Partner with various departments to ensure smooth project management

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ Years of relevant accounting and finance experience within the insurance industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of insurance contracts and standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
