KPMG’s People Services team provides compensation and employment, related advice and insights to clients that help organisations attract, engage and retain their key executives and broader workforce, with a particular focus on internationally mobile employees.

Our highly experienced team provides a comprehensive mix of advice, tax-led, immigration and recruitment services to meet employers’ workforce needs. We develop tailored strategies and innovative solutions to enable organisations to achieve strategic business and workforce requirements.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to support our immigration engagements.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Process visa applications timely including document gathering, reviewing information for completeness, preparing relevant forms and letters for visa application
  • Correspond with globally mobile employees (international assignees, business travelers, etc.) and other stakeholders on immigration matters with a customer-centric mindset
  • Contact government immigration officers and be able to deal with their enquiries in an effective manner
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and track compliance status and other assignment-related projects
  • Work with other KPMG offices across the global coordinating international immigration support
  • Manage caseload with team throughout end to end process in an efficient timely manner within required KPIs.

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in immigration services, mobility or human resources
  • Excellent customer service skills with a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in dealing with immigration authorities is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
  • A good team player with a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
