要求 :

• DSE 程度
• 懂中文輸入法
• 做事態度細心、有禮及主動
• 須有良好的服務態度以及顧客服務技巧
• 中心提供充分的入職培訓, 無經驗者亦可申請

工作範圍 :

• 解答病人查詢與及預約
• 於術前術後照顧病人
• 協助即將進行檢查或手術的病人進行術前準備
• 協助病人與醫生之間的溝通
• 處理醫療文件
• 協助醫生進行門診工作 (包括跟症, 預約, 收費等)
• 確保病人的服務流程順暢
• 其他一般診所助理工作

工作時間 五天半工作天 (逢星期一至六)

• 8:15am - 5:15pm 或
• 8:45am - 5:45pm 或
• 10:00am - 7pm
