About the Job

As an important support to the business, the Rewards Operations team is responsible for the fulfillment of all promotions. The Rewards Operations Officer is expected to provide assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks in addition to other operational tasks to ensure a good customer experience. This role is heavy on administrative tasks so the candidate should be meticulous and have strong organizational skills.

The Rewards Operations Officer will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes
  • Management of inventory
  • Management of databases used by the operations team and the customer service team
  • Documentation and tracking of all current and past promotions
  • Documentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements, and expenses for accounting purposes
  • Support the Customer Service team with any relevant investigations or escalations as needed
  • Support team KPIs
  • Assist in the preparation of reports to internal teams as required
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
  • Track and report progress of activities against deadlines

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business administration or operations related fields
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Database management knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills and flexibility in their approach to work
  • Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
