Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and negotiate business with KOLs/influencers/industry traffic websites, establishing and maintaining relationships. Maintain close contact with KOLs to establish and deepen cooperation models, optimizing growth effects of promotions. Responsible for maintaining and promoting traffic in global regions through business cooperation.
• Regularly track and evaluate promotional effectiveness, take overall control of KOL promotions, effectively analyze promotional data, and promptly propose and implement feasible improvement measures.
• Continuously monitor market trends, create, manage, implement, and refine all promotional, community, and social media activities. Develop strategies based on global regional business models, data, industry trends, and competitive environments, identifying and expanding business opportunities.
• Explore and actively try multiple channels according to the product promotion plan and brand strategy, discovering potential and suitable KOLs and influencers to increase brand exposure and recognition.
• Responsible for departmental product operation planning and implementation, developing business user growth strategies through data analysis combined with market conditions, user pain points, habits, industry trends, and competitive situations, to drive user and transaction growth.
• Focus on user experience, use and monitor competitors' products, keep own products up-to-date. Break through existing business models, continuously challenge innovation, and explore new growth points and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Over 2-3 years of experience in KOL development in the Crypto industry, skilled in finding crypto segment KOLs or order-taking teams and related community resources, with some communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in creating promotional plans and flexible use of various promotion methods.
• Familiar with promotional operations on major social platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
• English as a working language, able to work with overseas projects and teams, willing to travel abroad.
• Active thinker, excellent communication and coordination skills, good resource integration ability, and innovative mindset.
