Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Ensure necessary controls are in place and ensure all payroll processed in high accuracy and timely manner
- Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes in line with business needs
- Analyze problems and provide appropriate resolutions
- Provide guidance to and share knowledge with team member
- Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies
- Assist, manage and liaise with Clients/Consultants if needed
- Conducts work planning, estimation, and prioritization to optimize performance of the team
- Work with team Manager to define standards and reusable approaches for the team operations
- Work with audit and compliance matters
- Assist with other ad-hoc project
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Fluency in Cantonese and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and numerically strong
- Good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Friendly, hardworking, able to handle tasks independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate available is a preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Payroll Officer
