JOB OVERVIEW:

• Ensure necessary controls are in place and ensure all payroll processed in high accuracy and timely manner
• Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes in line with business needs
• Analyze problems and provide appropriate resolutions
• Provide guidance to and share knowledge with team member
• Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies
• Assist, manage and liaise with Clients/Consultants if needed
• Conducts work planning, estimation, and prioritization to optimize performance of the team
• Work with team Manager to define standards and reusable approaches for the team operations
• Work with audit and compliance matters
• Assist with other ad-hoc project 

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Fluency in Cantonese and English; 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and numerically strong
• Good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good organisational and time management skills;
• Friendly, hardworking, able to handle tasks independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is a preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Payroll Officer
