Responsibilities:
- Provide all round administrative / legal support to lawyers, which includes handling Directors Minutes / Resolution;
- Update statutory records and filing various returns with the BVI agent, Registrar of Corporate Affairs and HK Companies Registry;
- Handle documentation and follow up of opening bank accounts and KYC compliance;
- Formulate the initial set up of BVI and HK companies;
- Sound knowledge in Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Securities & Futures Ordinance, Hong Kong New Companies Ordinances is an advantage;
- Draft memo, reports, arrange payment, agent fees and letter for closing account;
- Create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes (if required);
- Able to work independently on daily correspondence and handling clients with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Possess multi-tasking ability, pleasant, detail-oriented, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder of Legal Studies or related disciplines is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written communication);
- At least 3-5 year of secretarial experiences gained from legal/professional firms;
- Candidates with 1- 2 year of secretarial experience will also be considered for relatively junior position;
- Well versed in MS Office applications with strong document formatting skills;
- Proactive problem solver, good team player and proven ability to anticipate executive needs, think steps ahead and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Pay attention to details, is organized to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- 5-day work week;
- Immediately available for work will be an advantage; and
- Having investment experience is preferred (but not a must).
