A dynamic and large-scale retail group is now looking for an Assistant HR Manager (Business Partner) to manage designated portfolios and work closely with the wider BP team. You will also have the opportunity to brainstorm innovative ideas to solve problems under a fast-paced working environment. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a business partner to resolve HR problems in relation to talent acquisition, retention, C&B, operations etc. 
• Discuss and identify needs from internal stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning in HR, manpower allocation and budgeting etc.
• Manage full cycle of talent acquisition activities for the designated portfolio independently
• Review and improve existing policies and procedures to maintain the standards at an optimal level
• Develop firm-wide HR initiatives and provide effective HR solutions to internal staff
• Organize employee relation programs to facilitate communication effectiveness between senior management and general staff
• Prepare HR analytics and periodic reports for management review
• Other HR projects/ initiatives when needed

KEY CRITERIA

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 6-10 years of relevant experience as HR business partner in sizeable organizations
• Experience in mass recruitment would be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Detail-minded, able to think out of the box, proactive and driven
• Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking, time management and analytical skills
• Strong team spirit and sense of confidentiality
